Addressing Muscle Soreness
Are you starting a new exercise program or changing an existing one? If so, go into it gradually. This will help reduce muscle soreness. In time, your muscles will adapt to your activity and the soreness will decrease. Should you experience soreness as you increase your activity, give your muscles a day or two of rest to recover.
